  2. B. The principle of division of responsibilities for webpage data maintenance on this website is as follows:
    • The assigned personnel are responsible for managing the websites established on this platform. Regular reviews of webpage content and form data should be conducted. When adding or modifying data, the operational procedures should be followed to ensure that the latest information is maintained and to prevent outdated or erroneous information from being provided.
    • Data Providing Units: Each unit is responsible for collecting, updating, and compiling original data. After the relevant webpage production is completed, they should conduct reviews and proofreading.
    • Webpage Production Units: Responsible for webpage creation and publication.
    • Each unit should independently create and post information such as announcements, relevant activities, or press releases under sections like "Latest News" and "Announcements" on the website. They are also responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information, following the appropriate authorization procedures.
  3. C. Procedures for Uploading/Downloading Data (Process Flow as in the attached table):
    • Data Provision: The Data Providing Units are responsible for collecting, organizing, and verifying the accuracy of original data (including written materials and electronic files) for use in creating webpages.
    • Webpage Content Updates: The Data Providing Units are responsible for compiling updated data (including written materials and electronic files) and verifying the accuracy of the data for use in creating webpages. If data needs to be deleted, the same process is followed during the downlink operation.
    • Webpage Production: Newly added webpages are produced by the Webpage Production Units or outsourced.
    • Data Proofreading: Webpage content is reviewed online or printed by the Data Providing Units for proofreading.
    • Webpage Online/Offline: After verifying and proofreading the webpage content, the assigned personnel from each unit are responsible for uploading the content to the website. The same process is followed for downlinking.
    • For electronic files provided by the various units in this regulation, if they consist of text or tabular data, they should be provided in compatible formats such as Word, PDF, or Excel files. Other formats should be determined in coordination with the information office of this unit, based on webpage presentation needs.
  4. D. Website Maintenance and System Management:
    • All works and materials on this website, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, ownership, or other rights, belong to the creators of this website and their original authors. Except for traffic safety promotion materials that are welcome to be reproduced and used, any other reproduction, transmission, alteration, editing, or use in any form or for any purpose shall require prior lawful authorization from this website or its rights holders.
    • For the sake of system management and security, each staff member responsible for this unit is assigned a unique account and password. Each staff member should periodically change their password, and the management of this process is handled by each respective unit.
  5. E. Code of Conduct:

  6. F. Network System Administrators:
    • Regularly gather statistics on the usage of this website's network and assess the status of network equipment to enhance network speed.
    • Establish and maintain user accounts for the network system of this website.
    • Document any abnormal conditions of the network system and maintain related written records.
  7. G. Application System Administrators:
    • Responsible for user code management, permission control, virus prevention, and audit procedures to enforce the requirements of application system security policies.
    • Maintenance personnel shall keep records of their daily system accesses. The application system itself must provide security control functions to meet the authentication, authorization, and audit security management needs during operations, ensuring information security.
